Clare Manor is ideally located on the Limerick Road on the outskirts of Ennis town and 20km from Shannon Airport. The house is situated off exit 12 of the M18 motorway. Leave the M18 at junction 12, then at the Killow West roundabout take the first exit onto N85 (signposted Ennis, Ennistimon). At the Clareabbey roundabout, take the third exit onto the Limerick Road - R458 (signposted Ennis). At the next small roundabout, take the second exit. Clare manor is the fourth house on the right.
