You'll find lots to see and do around the area, making the Kings Head an ideal location to enjoy the region, whether staying on business or for pleasure. We are situated on Orby Road, Addlethorpe, just west of Ingoldmels near Skegness. Ingoldmels is only a 15 minute walk from our campsite and only 5 minute drive. If you are single or have a family - from children to senior Citizens, it makes no difference at all. For those who prefer to just relax and take things easy to the more outward bound, it's all here! The King's Head Pub and Restaurant is on site with a large choice of beers & wines.
We are a Three Stars Gold award wining bed and breakfast accommodation, only 15 minutes by bus from the centre of Edinburgh. Free private off street parking is available for visitors traveling by car or motorbike. Along with you room key we provide a front door key, so you have access all day & night. We have a total of six bedrooms in our detached house, with different types to suit either Family groups or couples. Each decorated to a modern standard and provides a relaxing atmosphere. All our rooms have en-suites with shower facilities. They also have colour TV, tea/coffee making facilities and homemade treats. WiFi is free in all rooms. Breakfast is a traditional Scottish one, which includes Haggis. We have some beautiful views from the bedrooms towards landmarks such as Arthur's Seat, The Royal Observatory. The Braid Hills and The Hermitage of Braid are just five minutes from our guest house with some beautiful scenery and some lovely walks.

Loch Ness - It is just a few mintues walk to the shores of the beautiful Loch Ness, which is some 23 miles long, over 700 feet deep and holds a greater volume of water than all the lakes of England and Wales combined - which probably explains the extremely infrequent sightings of the legendary 'Loch Ness Monster'. Cruises on the loch can be arranged in Fort Augustus on board the very well equiped 'Royal Scot'. Cruises can also be arranged in Drumnadrochit, the location of the original Loch Ness Monster centre.
