Our B & B is a Bungalow situated on the outskirts of a busy Town in Newcastlewest. Our rooms are cosy and you are guaranteed a warm welcome on arrival. Plenty of Car Parking space at the front, side or rear of our home. After settling in to your room you are v. welcome to enjoy a cup of Tea/Coffee with some cookies in the Dining Room. If you are looking for Dinner we can recommend a variety of Food Establishments in the Town - all within a short distance from our house. All our Bedrooms come with extra Pillows, & Duvets /Blankets for your comfort together with Towels & Toiletries. If you are having a cooked Breakfast we will take your order the night before in order to have it ready to your liking in the morning. A variety of Cereals are available on the Trolley so you can help yourself. If you have any dietary requirements - just let us know in advance e.g. gluten free, etc.. Also we have a Room Only option (no Breakfast) at a reduced rate. During the good weather you are welcome to sit out in the back garden where there is a Table, & Chairs.

Our home is 100 year old, Traditional Country House. We are overlooking farmlands. A warm welcome awaits you, with tea or coffee and some homemade cake on arrival. All our rooms are en suite and are spacious, warm and comfortable. At "The Orchard" we have our own farm produce, good home cooking being our speciality. Guests can indulge in our homemade breads, cakes and jams. For Breakfast, Juice, Fruit, Yoghurt and a choice of Cereals are available on the sideboard, so help your self. You may like a traditional Irish breakfast of bacon, sausage and eggs, or perhaps, scrambled eggs with smoked salmon! Or, maybe some cheese and fruit. Homemade bread is always available and you make your own toast when you want it. Tea/coffee making facilities are in the lounge and you may use them any time. You may also raid the cake tin! As Newcastle West is a country town, you will meet mostly locals who are always ready for fun! We have a wide variety of shops and restaurants in the town where guests can sample local produce.

One bedroom B&B on a smallholding situated on the border of Lough Ree at the nice little Portrunny bay. We produce our own goats milk and side products (cheese, ice cream) as well as eggs and Spelt bread. On request, we can do Irish, continental or organic farm-produce breakfast in your room, at the family table or on the patio (if the weather allows). The +20m squared en suite room offers a king size box spring bed, small desk, bathroom with jet shower and underfloor heating, and view over Lough Ree. Coffee or tea is available in the room. The 12 acre smallholding includes goats, horses, pigs, chickens, geese, as well as domestic animals (cats & dogs in the house!). Let us know if you want to come with your pets. We can provide bicycles, and, while staying, guided tours through 5.000 years of Irish history (July and August) on request. We are situated 400m from Portrunny Harbour, 10 minutes from Roscommon Town (Bus & Train station), 20 minutes from Athlone (Bus and Train station), 25 minutes from Strokestown (House + Famine Museum), 30 minutes from Boyle. Grasshopper Cottage is located 3km from Corr na Móna village, in north-east Connemara. We offer our guests bed and breakfast and most rooms have a view of Lough Corrib. Guests are welcome to explore the natural and cultural heritage of Joyce Country, participate in walking, cycling, horse riding or just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.We also specialise in fly fishing for wild brown trout on the lake and boats, engines, tackle and gillies (guides) are available for hire.

It is 5km long and 1km wide and has been a nature reserve since 1988. It is also a designated UNESCO biosphere reserve. There are some very invigorating walks in the dunes and along the beach. The peninsula of Howth Head is 7km away, and has breathtaking views of Dublin Bay and the East Coast.

The B&B Magic Garden is located in the countryside of Rome and just 35 km from the big city. It's situated in a strategic position to reach a lot of sites. Rome, Tivoli, Palestrina, Zagarolo and Valmontone the second tourist hub with it's famous amusement Park rainbow Magicland and the Fashion District Outlet. Pets allowed.
