Teresa and Pat Holden have been entertaining guests at their beautiful Auburndale B&B on the outskirts of Kilkenny since 1991. Dollardstown House offers a heart warming break in our historic family home. Built around 1720 Dollardstown House and with many original featured preserved Dollardstown House offers unique character. Arrive to a welcome with tea and home-made scones by an open fire. Guests are welcome to enjoy our own gardens and parkland. A good base for touring the \'Sunny South East\' or just to un-wind. There are more than 1,500 archaeological sites in the area, including ringforts, rock art etc. We are ideally located for fishing, scubadiving, cycling, walking, Birdwatching, horse riding, touring the Skellig Ring, Valentia Island, the Ring of Kerry and the Dingle Peninsula. We are only 2km away from the car ferry to Valentia Island and boats to the Skellig Islands and their 6th century monastery.
