The owners Susan Bailey-Daunt and Des Daunt are expert and experienced hosts and will go out of their way to provide guests with all the comforts of home. Samuel’s Heritage has wonderful Panoramic view of Waterford & the extended Countryside including 4 Counties (Waterford- Kilkenny- Tipperary – Wexford) . You can even see as far as the Comeragh Mountains some 30 miles/50km away.
Arden B&B offers you peaceful accommodation and comforts in our spacious bedrooms which are all ensuite or with private bathroom. Three of our rooms are on the ground floor with private entrance, a guest sitting room and kitchen, with all amenities. Guests can help themselves to tea and coffee. The guest sitting room overlooks the garden and tennis court and has a TV and open fire. The rooms in the main house are all upstairs and consist of a family room, a double room, and guests will have use of the main bathroom and a single room with an ensuite bathroom. Drogheda is one of the oldest towns in Ireland known for its tourism and as a centre of industry and medical care. It is located on the Dublin- Belfast corridor on the east coast of Ireland, 49 km north of Dublin and, 58 km south of Newry. The property is ideally located for sightseeing in the Ancient East Boyne valley area such as Historic Newgrange, Knowth & Dowth historical sights, Drogheda-St Peters Church, Highlane's Gallery & Millmount Museum, The Battle of the Boyne visitor Centre, Beaulie House and Gardens and so much more. There are 2 championships golf courses less than 3 kilometres from the B&B, Co. Louth golf club and Sea point golf club. Lots for children to do such as Tayto Park, Fantasia water park and beautiful beaches.
Lyntom House B&B is a luxury country home, situated on the delightful West Limerick Drive R523 between Newcastle West and Listowel. We are just 2ks from the Village of Athea on the banks of the river Gale abundant in trout and eel. We are on an elevated site in a rural country setting, with views over woodland and west limerick hills. Wildlife such as Foxes, Badgers, Hares, Rabbits, and wild Pheasant is a constant feature in the fields in and around our property. All rooms are en-suite comfortably furnished with quality beds, TV, tea, coffee and hair dryers. Rooms are bright and spacious. We are just 10K from the village of Glin which has spectacular views over the river Shannon. The villages and towns that surround us are all very unique in their own way, with plenty of restaurants and music bars. Walking or Cycling is also an attractive pastime along our quiet country lanes. What makes our B&B different is that we are slightly off the beaten tourist track, yet close enough to do all the usual tourist attractions available.
