The Old School House B&B welcomes you to beautiful unspoiled Ballinskelligs recently awarded the gold star for dark skies and a popular with star gazers and on the new wild Atlantic way route . It nestles between two sandy blue flag beaches and stunning mountains. It is home to Ballinskelligs abbey where the monks founded their Monastery when they came off Skellig Michael in the 9-century. There are many activities locally for you to enjoy, be it cliff walks along the Atlantic waves, kayaking, canoeing, or rock climbing, abseiling a round of golf, horse riding, bird watching or simply taking in the view over a cup of coffee in our local beach cafe you can have it all. Start your day with our home cooked and totally fresh breakfast, made with our own free-range eggs and local Valencia milk you can choose from scrambled eggs with Irish smoked salmon or fluffy pancakes with berries and cream,not forgetting the traditional Irish fried breakfast and our homemade brown bread and scones. Doughlasha is a family run B&B, 6km from Killarney town centre. It has seven bedrooms, five are ensuite and two with a bathroom with a shower/Jacuzzi. The B&B boasts spectacular views of the mountains and breathtaking views of the Killarney Lakes. If you are a mountain climber Doughlasha is the place for you. We are 10 mins from Cronin's yards which is the main starting point for all climbers to Carrantouhill. We provide packed lunches, dinners etc. if required. We are walking distance from a hotel/pub which serves delicious food. For children, we have a playground with swings, slides, seesaw & trampoline. The playground is enclosed so you can relax in the patio area. We also provide a buggy, cots and a babysitting service. You are welcome to use our barbecue, we provide all the utensils, glasses, cutlery and use of our fridge freezer. All rooms are en-suite and are equipped with T.V., Hairdryer, Iron, Ironing Board, Tea/Coffee facilities, Fridge, Shampoo, Shower Gel.
A purpose built guesthouse, Abbey Court is located on over two acres of landscaped gardens on the Wild Atlantic Way, Ring of Kerry and metres from the sea shore. It is the perfect place to relax with luxurious rooms designed and furnished with your comfort in mind. Our en-suite bedrooms are all individually decorated with beautiful antique pine. The attention to detail echoes the care given. White sheets, warm blankets and fluffy white pillows. Abbey Court also boasts two sitting rooms, one on each floor, incorporating a library and a writing area. Both are decorated in old charm English oak wood furniture. Our four course Full Irish breakfast is served in a room overlooking the bay while listening to some soft Irish music. The idea of the traditional Full Irish Breakfast is to feed you enough to last to lunchtime. For lighter tastes or continental breakfast can be catered for. We will also cater for special dietary requests once prior notice is given.
For a completely different Dublin experience stay at O'Neill's Victorian Pub & Townhouse. Dating from 1885 this historic pub has been in the same family for over 120 years and is excellently located in the centre of Dublin right by Trinity College. This charming Victorian building features eight rooms with a choice of Double, Twin, Triple or Family rooms which sleeps 4 people all with modern en suite bathrooms, TV, hair-dryer, bed linen and towels included. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served during the day and free high-speed WIFI is available for guests throughout the building, coffee and tea making facilities are also available.

It is 5km long and 1km wide and has been a nature reserve since 1988. It is also a designated UNESCO biosphere reserve. There are some very invigorating walks in the dunes and along the beach. The peninsula of Howth Head is 7km away, and has breathtaking views of Dublin Bay and the East Coast.

Located at the foot of Mount Brandon and Carraig Hill, An Dooneen has stunning views of Smerwick Harbour and The Three Sisters. The rooms at An Dooneen are all en suite and spacious throughout.
