Susans Villa B&B is an almost new house, air conditioned, with modern, tasteful furnishings and carpeted floors. Bright and open. Just like your hosts! This B&B is health and fire inspected and licensed by the City of Niagara Falls. To the Niagara River you only have 1 short block to go. You can see the river banks from the Villa (sorry, not the water for it has dug in very deep over thousands of years). Down by the river you'll have a breathtaking view of the Niagara River Gorge with its wildlife. There are many species of birds (even hawks and falcons) fish, flowers and other beautiful plants.

The Manor is topped off with a "widow's peak" that looks over the St. Lawrence River to the lights of downtown Kingston. The Manor is also a few minute walk to the Kingston/Marysville FREE ferry.
