Spent 4 nights here with my teenage daughter in August and highly recommend it. The room was comfortable and spotless, we both slept really well. Breakfast was really nice and there was a good choice of cooked breakfasts accompanied by home made bread and preserves plus cereals, yoghurt, honey etc, good coffee too! The location was perfect right in centre of town and just a couple of minutes stroll to the harbour. Can highlly recommend both the B&B and the town.
We loved our stay at An Capall Dubh! Perfectly central to everything in town, we found it most accommodating. The room and ensuite were spacious, clean, bright and airy with comfy beds. Every morning breakfast was a treat in the sunny dining room with great service and delicious, healthy offerings. Patrick was most helpful and welcoming on arrival and Helena was available for any questions with an enthusiastic attitude. A really nice touch and one thing we were especially grateful for was the help-yourself tea/coffee station made available for us early morning risers. So appreciated! All in all, I would highly recommend this place to stay when in Dingle. I would go back!!
An Capall Dubh could not be more conveniently located. Patrick and Helena Curran, along with their staff, were perfect hosts. No matter the hour, someone was always available. And if they could tell you were just back from a long walk, they would offer to heat up a pot of tea. The rooms were good-sized, well-appointed and quiet. We were struck by how peaceful the place was, even though it was located right off Green Street -- one of the main streets and right next to the cathedral. And they have a sizeable car park 30 paces from the rooms. And the breakfasts were among the best we had in three weeks touring Ireland. Generous portions to keep you going all day and VERY GOOD coffee.
