Our brand new purpose built family run guesthouse is built to hotel standards. For our guests' relaxation and comfort we have Satellite TV with flat screen LCD in the rooms, broadband internet access along with hospitality tray in all rooms. We have ground floor rooms available, rooms on the upper floor can also be accessed by lift. We have all the other standard facilities a guest can expect such as hairdryer, direct dial telephone in all rooms.
The ensuite bathrooms are spacious, most with bath and separate shower. Complimentary toiletries and power showers are in every bathroom.
Safe storage for bicycles is available, and there is a swimming pool and spa just a 2-minute walk away, and historic Kylemore Abbey is 8 km from the guesthouse. Inishbofin Island is 10 km away, accessible by the ferry

We are situated 1Km from Clifden town on the N59 Galway Road. We are just a few minutes walk from Clifden's excellent pubs and restaurants to enjoy the craic.

The room was nice and the entrance area included a grand staircase. The breakfast room was next to Avery nice sitting room. Thanks Maeve.
The room was very comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was excellent. It’s an easy 7 min walk to the center of Clifden, a very enjoyable town with a great golf course
Very nice room in a lovely building Walking own the main staircase felt quite grand. The location is excellent, an eay walk to the main area of Clifden. The hosts were nice and the cooked breakfast was very good.
